Tatting done in the hoop! This is easy for you to stitchout and have free-standing tatting. Complete instructions included. I had lots of requests for free-standing tatting. So here are more of them! The tatting is smaller and delicate looking so it will work great for children's clothes or doll clothing - or something for yourself.
AND I also have hearts done with the free-standing picot edges, words and a heart line/fill.
Ask if you are not sure if the designs will fit your hoop size.

Free-standing tatting
designs done in the hoop! As you can see, the tatting edges are all free standing so you can put them in your projects like I did on the linen towel that I made. ~AND~ Picot edged hearts that fit the 4x4 inch hoops. I stitched mine onto the towel. VERY EASY! |

This is a close-up of the
large picot heart to show you the fill/ outlines. They are double
hearts. I used silver metallic thread on all of mine. I
stitched the large one (shown) on linen fabric. This is before I
rinsed out the wash-away stabilizer. |

Here is the back of the
towel. Not everyone likes to see the back of work! But in
this picture you can see that I stitched around the OUTSIDE of the heart
along the picots. It might be a bit hard to see but
click on the picture to get a bigger view of it. You can always stitch these directly on your fabric if you wish. |

Available for 4x4 inch (100 x 100 mm), 100 x 170 mm (endless hoops), 5x7
inch (130 x 180 mm) and 6 inch hoops (160x260 mm/150x240 mm). So
they are available for everyone! I used all 3 sizes for the linen towel I made (shown above) - really easy to stitch out. Instructions included to make the free standing tatting and put them together. |

This shows how the
tatting looks after I rinsed out the water-soluble stabilizer.
This is several sections. I include alignment so you can make the
tatting as long as you want. Instructions are included with the
designs. I used rayon thread. It is very soft and easy to work with. |

Here is a picture of the two types of free-standing tatting edges. The round one (top) is all three sizes that have been combined when I stitched them. The bottom is what I had left over after I stitched the hearts free standing tatting into my linen towel shown above. I could have possibly used one less section but it is better to have too much rather than not enough. |

Here is a close-up of the Kiss Me Picot Heart. I stitched this one directly onto the fabric. It is so cute! These would work great for children's clothes. Or stitch out a bunch of them and put them into your cards. |
